Visual Timber Pest Inspections
(Termite inspections)

What is a Visual Timber Pest Inspection?
The guidelines for a timber pest inspection are AS 4349.3-2010.
The inspection reports on Termite activity in your dwelling and up to 50 metres from the dwelling. The report also includes comments on wood borers and fungal decay. These can all cause structural damage to your dwelling.

Why Get a Visual Timber and Pest Inspection?
Termites, borers and fungal decay can cause significant damage and financial loss. The report will give you an overview of your property.
The Australian Standard recommends that a Visual Timber Pest Inspection should be conducted every 12 months unless you are in a high risk area.
